SYRAH, PYROS

A characteristic, distinctive wine from a cool mountain climate is distinguished by good concentration, balanced acidity, generous dark berries framed by mineral tones. Elegance and sophistication are reflected in the expressive aroma of red berries and dried fruits, fresh, rounded taste with structured tannins and delicate sweetness in a long aftertaste.

The grapes are separated from the ridges and cold maceration is carried out. Fermentation begins spontaneously under the influence of wild yeast. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperature with regular remontage in the second stage of fermentation. Upon completion of the maceration, the wine is placed in oak barrels for aging for 12 months.
