Description
Guardiavigna, Toscana Igt 2016 is a Cabernet Franc, which bears the name of the small watchtower located in the most panoramic point of the Podere. 2016 is the first vintage in purity, after careful studies on the calcareous-clayey soils, ideal for Cabernet Franc. It is the expression of the best terroirs, vinified separately and assembled only after aging for 18 months in various woods, followed by another 15 months in the bottle.
On the nose, the expression of the grape variety (Cabernet Franc) is precise and intense: blackberry juice, fresh and mentholated touch. Pure silk on the palate, it is deep and mineral, warm from Tuscany and fresh from Franc.
